  • QHow to Perform a Factory Reset on your KONKA TV

    Performing a Factory Reset on your KONKA TV is a quick way to restore it to its original settings. This process helps improve performance by freeing up memory and storage space. However, please note that it will erase all data and applications on the TV, so be sure to back up any important information before proceeding.


    Steps to Perform a Factory Reset on KONKA TVs:


    (1) For KONKA Android TV:

    A. Using your remote, navigate to the Settings menu.

    B. Select Device Preferences.

    C. Select About.

    D. Choose Factory Reset.

    E. Confirm by clicking Factory Reset again.

    F. Finally, click Erase Everything. The KONKA TV will automatically restart. Please allow a few minutes for the process to complete.


    (2) For KONKA Google TV:

    A. Press the Settings button on your KONKA TV, then go to All Settings.

    B. Select System, then choose About, and go to Reset.

    C. Click on Factory Reset.

    D. Confirm by selecting Erase Everything. Your KONKA TV will automatically restart and complete the reset process.

    KONKA has specially designed a Retail Mode to help our retailers showcase our products effectively. If you’ve accidentally enabled Retail Mode, here’s how to turn it off:

    For Android TV: Press “Menu” -> System -> Settings -> Retail Mode -> Off

    For Google TV: Press “Settings” -> All Settings -> System -> Television -> Environment -> Home

    Follow these steps to return to your regular viewing experience.

  • QPoor Picture (Snow, Ghosting, etc)

    a. If utilizing an Antenna, check the Connection, and adjust the Antenna Position or Direction. Also, try a different channel.

    b. Check for nearby electronic equipment, fluorescent lights, or engines (car, motorcycle) that might cause interference.

  • QNo Picture

    A

    a. Check antenna connection at the rear of the TV to see if it is properly connected to the TV.

    b. Possible broadcast station trouble.Try another channel or Try another input.

    c. Adjust the contrast and brightness settings.

    d. Check the closed captions control. Some TEXT modes could block the screen.

  • QNo or Low Sound

    a. Increase the volume level by pressing the VOL+ botton on the remote control or on the TV side control panel.

    b. Press the MUTE button on the remote control to ensure mute is off.

  • QRemote Not Working

    A

    a. Check whether the batteries are working.replace if necessary.

    b. Clean the remote control sensor lens on the TV.

    C.You can still use the buttons on the side of your TV.
