    To report a security issue, use one of the following options:

  • QPoor Picture (Snow, Ghosting, etc)


    a. If utilizing an Antenna, check the Connection, and adjust the Antenna Position or Direction. Also, try a different channel.

    b. Check for nearby electronic equipment, fluorescent lights, or engines (car, motorcycle) that might cause interference.

  • QNo Picture


    a. Check antenna connection at the rear of the TV to see if it is properly connected to the TV.

    b. Possible broadcast station trouble.Try another channel or Try another input.

    c. Adjust the contrast and brightness settings.

    d. Check the closed captions control. Some TEXT modes could block the screen.

  • QNo or Low Sound


    a. Increase the volume level by pressing the VOL+ botton on the remote control or on the TV side control panel.

    b. Press the MUTE button on the remote control to ensure mute is off.

  • QRemote Not Working


    a. Check whether the batteries are working.replace if necessary.

    b. Clean the remote control sensor lens on the TV.
